BACKGROUND Terms representing the concept of a chemical found Unified Medical Language System (UMLs) used to lower the expanded semantic network with semantic types are mutually exclusive. The UMLs Semantic Network (SN) consists of a collection of a large category called semantic types (ST) assigned to the concept. In UMLs coverage of the chemical domain, we find many concepts that are assigned more than one ST. This leads to a situation where the level of ST given may contain diverse concepts semantics.
A elaborate methodology for chemical subhierarchy SN expand into categorization finer-grained types of mutually exclusive with an area of uniform semantics presented. We call this network Specialty Chemical Semantic Network (CSSN). A CSSN derived automatically from ST chemicals present and their tasks. methodology combines the threshold value set the minimum size required so far of this type to be included in the CSSN. Thus, different CSSNs can be made by selecting a different threshold value based on the different needs.
RESULTS A complete CSSN derived using a threshold value of 300 and had 68 ST. It is used effectively to provide high-level categorization for a random sample of the compound of “Chemical Biological Interest Entities” (chebi) ontology. Effects on the size of the CSSN use different threshold parameter values between one and 500 is shown.
CONCLUSION This methodology has several potential applications, including its use to obtain a pre-coordinated guidelines for the assignment ST’s new UMLs chemical concepts, as a tool to audit existing concepts, terminology mappings between, and to serve as a top level network for chebi.

Conventional wastewater treatment techniques are inefficient to manage large amounts of refractory organic discarded by the specialty chemicals industry. This solvent is advantageous for a variety of reactions because they reduce waste and energy demand by coupling a homogeneous reaction with heterogeneous separation, it acts as acid or alkaline catalyst, and provides a simple and efficient separation of postreaction.
